Return Policy

Customer’s satisfaction is guaranteed! We accept returns only if the item is not as described or is defective. For defective items, all customers MUST contact Customer Service within 5 days after receiving the order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. The purpose is to notify our warehouse of your incoming return package and so it does not get lost. All returns must be received within 10 days after RMA is issued. Refund or replacement will be determined at our discretion. Customer pays return shipping fees, and shipping charge is non-refundable.
